MSC Cruises has shared a first look at The Harbour, a revolutionary new kids and family outdoor space coming to its new ship, MSC World America. The new vessel is slated to make its debut in the spring of 2025.

MSC World America will take MSC Cruises’ award-winning family-friendly programming to the next level, with its unprecedented spaces and activities for the whole family to enjoy. At The Harbour, the shining star of the ship’s Family Aventura district, guests can enjoy a new outdoor park designed to connect guests to the ocean and offer families an outdoor oasis to enjoy a wide variety of activities. The Harbour will offer activities from day to night live music for parents and kids.

The Harbor is a first of its kind for MSC Cruises, nestled in the heart of MSC World America’s top deck. Following are the features coming to The Harbor area:

The Harbour Aquapark: The Harbour Aquapark will feature a range of water slides and a splash area. The bravest of cruisers can opt for the 90-degree vertical drop slide. Thrill-seekers climb into a departure pod before experiencing a split-second freefall through a trapdoor to the decks below, followed by twists and turns leading to the splash zone. Other options at The Harbour Aquapark include a raft slide with virtual reality technology and dueling body slides.

Jaw Drop @ The Spiral: Jaw Drop is one of the longest dry slides at sea, where riders will drop through the jaws of a shark to spiral down 11 decks through the heart of the World Promenade. The stainless-steel dry slide alternates through dark and light, offering glimpses of sea views out the back of the ship.

Rock-Climbing Wall: This climbing wall is designed for kids, with vibrant colors, handholds, and footholds.

The Harbour Light House: This playground for kids is modeled after the lighthouse at Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, with a slide and play stations for children.
