I'VE BEEN CRUISING FOR TWENTY-SIX YEARS ON FIVE DIFFERENT LINES AND I AM SO EXCITED THAT CRUISING HAS STARTED BACK. I HAVE TWO UPCOMING CRUISING ON NCL AND I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL DECEMBER 12, 2021 TO SAIL ON THE ENCORE.

Just returned cruising Encore. To be fair, and after taking all factors in consideration, this is my comment. Post pandemic I waited for three years to take a cruise. As a seasoned cruiser, and keeping an open mind. NCL should spend more time in training their safety staff. We were obliged to watch the safety drill on line to do our on line check in. Then again on the ship in person. This drill was total chaos. Even after spending a week on the ship one has difficulty in finding locations. In case of an actual emergency I would never find my spot. Watching and putting on a life jacket is not the same. Putting on the jacket gives a hands on experience what to really do. I worked for a heavy industry and was a safety and first aid captain, and take safety very seriously. Would love to hear back from NCL.
