About the Ship: Zuiderdam is one of Holland America’s medium-sized vessels. The ship was the first of the line’s Vista Series class. The smaller vessel allows for a more intimate cruise experience for guests. But don’t be fooled, Zuiderdam comes packed with a variety of amenities for travelers of all ages.
At full capacity, Zuiderdam can carry up to 1,916 total passengers. There are 958 total cabins, ranging in 31 different types of categories.
Activities + Entertainment: Guests traveling on Zuiderdam are in for a treat with various exciting activities and entertainment options available. Highlights onboard include two pools, a casino, Club HAL for kids and teens, and the Greenhouse Salon and Spa.
Zuiderdam is jam-packed with entertainment venues guaranteed to have you dancing or singing along. Featured spots include the Rolling Stone Lounge, BBC Earth in Concert, Billboard Onboard dueling piano shows, Cantare offering pop music shows, and the Lincoln Center Stage with live classical music. In addition, guests enjoy stage performances from a two-story theater venue with an LED wraparound stage at the World Stage.
