Relaxing time at sea

We had fun on our cruise. The ship was smaller than the newer ones which had its good points (not a ton of people crowding around) and bad points (not as much to do). I would recommend this cruise if you are looking to relax and take it easy. If you are looking for a party ship I'd look elsewhere.

Cruise tips

Santo Tomas De Castilla, Guatemala

Went to a beach resort for the day. It was beautiful area. Nice to get off the ship and enjoy the ocean.

Cozumel, Mexico

Did the Mexican Cooking class in Cozumel. Free drinks and use of the beach was part of the package (though they didn't advertise it). If you like partying while learning to cook this would be the shore excursion for you. We by passed the drinks and enjoyed the food. It was very good. The chef was entertaining.

Key West, Florida

It was okay. Been there before. Had the Blonde Giraffe key lime pie... recommend that!

Belize City, Belize

Went on the repelling shore excursion. Totally enjoyed it, though the lunch they provided left us hungry, and it was a 3 hour round trip ride on very bumpy roads. We would do it again.
