The ship is beautiful- incredible fresh flower arrangements and unique features throughout with very friendly and attentive Indonesian and Philipino staff. My wife and I are both in our early sixties and felt young in a crowd of seventy and eighty year olds. For that reason I have dubbed the Eurodam the world's largest floating care facility and joked (but not with older passengers) that I was looking for the seminar on Care and maintenance of My Electric Scooter. However we did have fun.

Prior to boarding the ship, at the terminal someone took my fanny pack containing our passports and cruising card, off the security belt. Even though we were cleared to board we were now refused entry to the ship and were left stranded in San Pedro unable to fly back to Canada - now being without passports. Princess has refused to accept any responsibility for this with no raincheck on the cruise and not a penny of refund offered. The person who took our possessions returned them aboard ship after the ship had sailed. We have cruised Princess four times previously but given the attitude of the company regarding this incident this will be the last time we do so.
