My husband and I travelled carnival cruise before and we were not totally impresed,however carnival Dream made us a believer in the cruise line.Fist we would like to mention the great service received from the cruise crew members. The embarkation process went smoothly without a hitch. The dining room staff,and the Cruise directors(Butch)made our cruise a real enjoyable one. The food at the buffett "The Gathering was very tasty and the Mongolian Wok was out of this world. It was really good the stand and watch the chef prepare your meal after you choose what you wanted. We had late seating for dinner and enjoyed evey meal that was served. The last night I had the St Louis baby back rib and that was out of this world withthe meat falling off the ones. The lamb dinners were also great.Desert was always tasty. We were very adventurous we went cave diving in Belize and to the Mayan Ruins in Casa Maya. However the best day was the day spent on Isle of Rottan, Honduras. What a beautiful island, with beautiful beaches,freindly people and green vegetation. West Bay was delightful we did not want to leave but we had to return to work to start paying on our next carnival cruise. Oh by the way we had an ocean view with 2 baths imagine that. I will definelty sail Carnival again and hoepfully it will be the Dream or their new ship "Carnival Magic"
