Great service, okay food, older ship
I wasn't sure what to expect never having been on a Carnival ship before and especially after walking onboard to an explosion of purple. You could smell the smoke from the casino down every stairwell and hallway. It was especially bad on sea days.
All stateroom, dining, and shipboard attendants were very pleasant. The ship was very clean. Shows were good. The buffet food was edible but just barely so. Breakfast was good each day though. The meals in the dining room were by far much better and I have no complaints there at all.
There were a lot of kids on this cruise as it was a holiday week and it seems most parents didn't banish them to the kid's pools, so there was not much relaxing to be done by the pool. Also, smoking areas should be designated to certain parts of the ships. Nothing worse than lazing by the pool and then inhaling someone's cigarette smoke.
Overall, our group had a pleasant cruise.

Enjoyed the cruise and the ship
Had a great time on the 5/24/15 sailing. We had quite a few medical emergencies during the cruise with one causing us to turn back to Canaveral at the start of the trip thereby losing half of the day at Labadee. Would have liked to have had more time there. Really enjoyed going to Grand Cayman as it had such a much nicer, cleaner feel to it than the other ports. Wish they hadn't renovated and taken the larger night club away as all of the young 20 year olds were packed into the former Viking Crown room with the older crowds. The mixologists in the R bar were awesome. I enjoyed the ship and the few shows that we went to were pretty good. Would love to sail this ship again.

Freedom of the Seas
I enjoyed the promenade and the free pizza and cake pops. Wish the didn't start requiring you to sign the drink receipts when you had the drink package.(that changed from my last cruise) Also, they no longer do the shot of the day during dinner. Our drink server accommodated us though.
Only thing to really do was hang out at Senor Frogs.
You do a tour one time of the island and then there's not much to see after that.
Carnival Sensation
Bring a power strip. There is only one outlet in the room. Tough when you have more than one lady in a room at a time.
