good cruise, mediocre food, smoky casinos
The cruise itself was good. The selection of food in the two main dining rooms was limited and repetitious. We have had much better food on other cruises (with other carriers). The casinos were so smoky I could not stay in them. On some cruises there is no smoking. The entertainment except for the comedian was very good. One comedian was unfunny and the other was too risque for the 7pm showing where children were present.
Staff were courteous and responsive. Wait staff were attentive and friendly as were all the staff we encountered.
Cruise tips
enjoyed Tulum ruins. Ferry ride to mainland was rough then a bus ride but the ruins were very interesting.
Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras
disappointed in the best of roatan tour.
Altum Ha ruins were ho-hum but river cruise was interesting with much wildlife to see.
