The ship was falling apart, the staff was unknowledgable and rude. We had a couple of staff members that were very helpful, however there were several members of the staff that didn't have a clue. The spa was never open so that we could book a massage - until the very last day, the pools on board were always closed while we were at sea. The food on the buffet was not tasty, however the food in the dinning room was good (EXCEPT FOR THE STEAKS, VERY TOUGH). All in all I can't say that I was impressed with Carnival Triumph at all... oh and this was our first cruise.
