This was our second cruise and what a disappointment. The ship itself was fine, overall. The prices for everything has gone up. Even soda is over $2 a can. They include gratuity in all bills as well. The ports we went to were much to be desired. Mexico ports were terrible the only area close by were all tourist traps. The costs were much more than any of us expected. The ship told us the wrong time for one of our shore excursions, which made us miss it. Once I went to complain, they did little to nothing to try and make it right. The entire time was very disappointing.
