Excellent first time river cruise! Highly recommend Viking, this ship and itinerary. We are already searching for our next trip!

Definitely recommend extra days in Budapest and Prague. Both great cities with great people. Tours are early but well managed. They could improve the information on tour departures. Generally the were 5-10 minutes earlier than the written material stated. One tour did not include the organ concert as stated in the tour description.

We enjoyed the river cruise experience and are hooked. It is very different than the ocean cruise experiences we have had in the past. Both are good, but different. We were happy with the low key, close up, relaxing experience. Met some really nice people and the Viking staff was so pleasant. We will return for sure.

All in all, this was a great trip. It makes me excited for my next Viking cruise (already booked) to Egypt in 2019.

All ports were excellent and the tours were perfect for experiencing each locale. Despite the low water levels on the Danube which prevented us from sailing from Vienna to Budapest, Viking provided us with bus trips and shuttle buses that turned the problem into a GREAT time. Just remember to bring comfortable walking shoes - there is so much to see.

Loved this taste of different cities on the Danube. A great teaser and I hope that I get to visit some of these place. A great way to get a little view of different places and decide whether or not to come back.

Our early season cruise was accompanied by rain, and snow and wind!  However, through luck or intervention all of our shore tours went off successfully and well.

Being confined Indoors was even ok. The cheerful attention of the crew, well planned activities and the company of new friends made every day a good time.  

Great Viking Cruise, would do it again in a heart beat. The greatest service I have ever received, was treated like royalty. Beautiful countries. 

lots of walking to see everything but, its worthed I loved it all.
