Review summary

We sailed on Serenade of the Seas on March 8, 2014. We specifically chose Royal Caribbean because of the Bahamas itinerary. On the day we were suppose to stop at Cococay, the captain decided that it was to windy to tender into the island. He "gifted" us with another day at sea. We only received 2 of 3 ports of call for this cruise. Royal Caribbean refused to offer any form of compensation at all. Horrible company with no sense of customer service.
