Reflections Restaurant on Serenade of the Seas

Better than expected based on recent cruises.

Delicious! A great selection of menu items. I was able to try new foods, especially with themed nights. I also felt like royalty. I am always the one to serve others so I felt like I was the one being honored every time I ate in the Reflections Dining Room. The atmosphere was nice, decorating very clean for fine dining including the shades that would go up and down depending on the incoming sun.

Great food and excellent service.

Day 1. Waiter Jonathan assistant Anna. Table 607 The food and service were wonderful. The prime rib was spot on as requested and the horseradish was delicious. Don’t miss that apple pie. Day 2. Meals were ”ok” We left hungry and ended up at the wind jammer. Found dinner there to be much much better Day 3. Meals were much better. Day 4 A My Time dinning fail. We lost our waiters and assistant waiter and our view. Off to table 513 with Jaromy and Lanfang. What we lost we made up. Jaromy was awesome. “If you don’t like it, tell me and I will fix it.” That was his motto. He held to it when my mother found her meal to be less than the expected standard. Jaromy was also good for some laughs. Anna did see us and walked all the way across the dinning room to make sure we were happy with our dinner. Day 5 was spend at sea with a ”Show.” more on that later. Day 6. Back to our wonderful Joh Day 7. 5:15 heartbreak. After meeting with Rale on day 2 before the dining room opened and being assured we would have our waiters we arrived only to find someone sitting at our normal table. Apparently they were the late dinner group after us who showed up early or changed their reservations snipping our waiter. This forced us to change our dinner to 7pm very much upsetting my mother termindusly. Ruel Rathan head waiter.

Excellent, but the service was a little slow.

Our head waiter and assistant waiter were the best on the ship.

They took good care of me the food was really good, I cannot compare it to the specialty restaurants as I didn't feel the need to try them since the Reflections Dining Room has excellent food already.

My Time Dining was a success on Deck 5. Mario was excellent and a joy to sit at one of his tables. The entire dining room staff was excellent. However, we were disappointed the "NO SHORTS" rule was not enforced in the dinning room during the evening meal.
