Review summary

Enjoyed the cruise ship and its activities more than I enjoyed the ports of call.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy many of the activities on the Sapphire Princess due to my multiple handicaps.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
I was not able to enjoy many of the performances in the theatre due to the fact that I am mobility handicapped. The theatre the way it was designed prevented me from getting closer to the stage to watch and hear the performances. The hearing devices I was given through Guest Services were grossly inadequate. These devices were designed for those who had slight hearing losses whereas my hearing loss is much greater.

Children's Programs

I am an 85 year old man.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Cruise ship's theatre should have been better designed for those who needed to be closer to the stage.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
We complained about the flooding in the walk-in shower explaining the water was not draining. And that the slippery floor is dangerous for those who are mobility handicapped in that they could slip and fall if the floors are wet.
