Alaska was gorgeous. The customer service from cheap cruises was horrendous. Will never use this agency ever again. by AHarper1

Our room attendant was incredible. He made our stay so much more fun. He left an amazing zoo of towel animals for my kids every time we got back from dinner.

I loved the location, comfort, and size of my cabin. After getting it re-cleaned at embarkation, I was overall happy with the cleanliness of my cabin. I was very happy that my view was not obstructed.

Too small and cramped for 4 adult women to share .. 2 beds were ok but the pull out lounge bed was too hard and cramped for adults especially aging women to sleep on However the room was serviced very well by Donny, our steward. It would also have been nice to have coffee satchels made available in our room too instead of just tea. I had to help myself to coffee satchels from other service trolleys along the passage way to our room, but having said that, erk that coffee was awful too
