Review summary
It was a nice vacation, however I feel that RCCL REALLY cut back on many things and the environmentalists pushed too hard and the "luxury's" have been scrapped. The casino's machines let off a LOT of heat, there are a LOT of people and only 1 of the nights was it comfortable. Many times I had to leave because I was dripping sweat. The Royal Promenade wasn't cool either on a formal night. Guys in suites were sweating and had to wait forever for pictures. Keep the ocean clean by all means but turn the air up a bit!Embarkation

The people answering the phones were very rude and pushy, the only reason I give it 3 starts is the people delivering were very very nice.

My 3yo granddaughter LOVED it. She didn't want to get off... However Grampy was getting dizzy...

Way too hot and poor selections! Way to much of the same things over and over! 2 rooms just for ladies purfume??? and less RC merch.... goofy!
