Review summary

We are happy , easy going cruisers, but this was not an experience we wish to repeat. Oasis is a fine ship we have sailed many times just a bad timing situation.

We were on sailing right after major norovirus outbreak week before. Service was slow with lines everywhere due to sanitary requirements with staff serving everything including drinks, plates silverware, all food in buffet lines, dining room service was ok but had to request salt pepper cream sugar in pkgs. Lasted until last morning.

All of staff did an excellent job considering circumstances from norovirus outbreak previous week. Cudos to room stewards!
