We were very disappointed due to lack of entertainment and activities planned. Cruise director was more of a fashionista then a cruise director. There were no contests planned, she was never involved with the crowd. We were so bored we actually were in our room watching Movies for kids almost the whole 5 days. Worst Cruise EVERRRRRR!!

Paid for Priority access and was told we will be served breakfast and board early. Had an arrival time of 10:00 am and didnt board until noon, NO FOOD

Main dining room was good, food was good, service was OK. Ate at Brazilian Restaurant and it was great food service sucked. Buffet was disgusting everyday. Food was awful!! Deserts disgusting!!

Nothing to do for 5 days, shows sucked. No afternoon outdoor activities. Shows sucked. We were bored to tears!!!

Every show was terrible. High school shows are better. Comedian was not funny at all. Band sucked.

Looked clean and nicely decorated. Room was very dusty. The phone had a thick layer of dust on it. Windows were disgustingly filthy

Room was spacious as it was a Handicap accessible room. Furniture was dusty and window was filthy.

Bring something to keep busy. Not much excitement on the ship.
Our first cruise was on the Sun and our experience was the complete opposite of yours. I'm so sorry you had a bad time, but we've never done less than a 10 day cruise so maybe that makes a difference.
Sorry you were disappointed. We do alot of research. I am always afraid of being disappointed. However, we haven't so far. We are getting ready for our 12th cruise in February
