The ship was clean and there were hand cleaning liquids all over the ship to avoid infection.

Food is o.k., if you like more of the same. I sailed on this ship twice before but the quality has deteriorated. The dining rooms were overcrowded and lack of seats to sit down for a meal was like playing musical chairs, waiting for someone to get up and take the seat before someone else jumps to it.

Entertainment

The overall quality of enternainment was good but some of them we have seen before on this ship.

Service and Staff

Staff friendly and willing to help but cannot say they would do more what is expected over and above. Its not the same quality ship what we sailed before and I do not think I would use it again.

Overcrowded in restaurant areas, lack of space to sit down for a meal, uncaring managers just walking about watching the situations but not helping people to find seats. The ship was clean but the decor is the same, mundane and past the sell by date.

Cabin / Stateroom

Clean and tidy. The decor is mundane, the bed was lumpy and the mattress sagging, one could feel the springs in the back. There used to be tea making facility but its been taken away. Definitely cutting down on creature comfort.

The tour of the city was good but it should have included more sits to visit. We toured the historical musuems but it wasmore of the same. Cannot blame the guide. She did her best to explain everything.

The old and the new town and the history of the place was worth taking in. The quide was exceptional and very knowledgeable about the history of the country.

Don't Miss: The visit to the church in the centre of the square.

The musuems of arts. Again we would have visited more places but it rained heavy for two nights continuously which spoiled the tours. Must give credit to the guide for her exceptional historical knowledge of the city and its attractions.

Don't Miss: The river cruise on the river.

This was a good tour and the visit to the Vasa musuem was worth a visit. The guide was very good and knowledgeable but instead of walking around for 3 hours,(spare time), we should have spent more time to visit other places of interest.

Pros: Stateroom staff, bar and waiters. They were good and some very good and helpful

Cons: Quality of food was not one expected to be. It was more of the same variety everyday, take it or leave it
