Garden Cafe on Norwegian Star

One day i opened a napkin and a live cockroach came out.

Buffet was good , often v busy ,but overall good choice of dishes

Ice machines always had problems. Variety somewhat limited. Stay away from the soft serve ice cream-always way too soft.

Great staff, food was good.

Good, it did the job. Sometimes hard to find a seat to sit-down to eat, as it all depends on what time you go for a meal. But there was plenty to eat and the food variety was good. I loved the pretzel rolls. Deserts were good, esp. the crepe station. They "Washy-Washy" staff on guard at the entrances were always nice and polite.

The Garden Café reminded me of a simple cafeteria.

the daily buffet menu does not change very much.

Terrible, the food was often not warm - and the way the cafe is set up you have to walk a long distance to the other side of the cafe for some food items - there was no clear direction so people were cutting into line. The cafe is very crowded, noisy and unwelcoming. We felt like we were in a high school cafeteria.
