Review summary
NO communication from staff. Captain, who we loved, provided only information about our voyage and that wasn’t in our staterooms. Hire travel agent to provide information about ports, geographical features, locations passing. Ship should have this provided. Updates to computer system needs to be made. Slide shows about ports, history, where we are traveling, not a few photos on a board. Very disappointed. I would rank this a zero on any scale.Embarkation
