a great itinerary. The best time to visit these ports as the weather was hot but bearable.

I was a back to back cruiser so did not have to go through the line up again, however even though we were given a key to leave the ship, it did not open up our new cabin so we had to wait at customer service to get another,

food okay but time to get meals was horrible. often over an hour from time order taken to time it arrived

menu was okay but not varied enough. Was on ship for 36 days and menu was basically the same. More local options would make it better

many of the employees could barely speak english so when problems were complicated a very frustrating experience. More staff needed at busy times, often only two people working when service needs obvious

The ship's ongoing entertainment were excellent while for the first time in decades of cruising we actually walked out of several of the "special main theatre" shows as they were simply lousy. I even had to complain to the cruise director about the sound system in the theatre as the music from the band drowned out the singers and even when you could hear the singing it was severely distorted

Port is a 2.5 hour drive from Bangkok so most excursions very expensive and time consuming Great that they stayed overnight but still the five hour driving time to visit major sites in Bangkok took away from the beauty of Thailand.

Ship docked the same time as another major cruise ship. Having over four thousand people arrive at the same time totally overwhelmed the terminal staff. Could have been handled better
