Besides a couple of disappointments at the restaurants, the cruise was very relaxing and enjoyable. The employees on board were always friendly and had smiles on their faces no matter what kind of day they were having. It is because of them that our stay on board is memorable.

We were extremely disappointed in the food and restaurants on board. The buffets didn't have a wide variety of items. Although i really liked the set up with the different stations. The speciality restaurants were way below par, except for Cagney's and La Cucina which were outstanding as usual. Moderno - Brazilian Resto was so bad, the buffet part had maybe 2 things on it, with the rest of the areas empty! The waiters were absolutely rude. We got one piece of meat after being there for 1 1/2 hours, we finally decided to leave and a few other tables did as well. LeBistro, the duck my husband ordered was so dry and overcooked that if he would have thrown it at the window it would have broken. When we complained, they said to us oh yes we have been having problems with our ducks.....so then take them off your menu. But they were very understanding and my husband ordered something else. We went to Teppanyaki, the food was good, but not our kind of atmosphere unfortunately.

This restaurant was super disappointing on the Jade. Hopefully they only had a bad night when we were there, but we will definitely think twice about eating there

We spent most of our time in the pool area, hot tubs. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Employees were always helpful and extremely kind.

Ships layout was easy to manouver and since i get easily lost LMAO it was fine for me. Common areas were always being cleaned as were the toilets.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was very nice. Our room steward went above and beyond for us.
I liked this port, but i hated the people walking up to me every few seconds trying to sell me perfume the minute we stepped out of the port. The bazaar there is really nice and prices were better than in Instanbul.
The views are breathtaking. Architecture and art are something not to miss. Just a shame that the tourists seem to throw their garbage wherever except into a pail.
