Review summary

the scenery was unbelievable and the food was excellent. Unfortunately our room had no heat for 4 of the 8 days.

We enjoyed the on board trivia daily, the easy walk into the towns, the ease of the sign up, the friendly washy-washy lady, and our room gentleman that tried to make us okay with no heat.

they tried to make us think that the reason we had no heat was our fault because we couldn't run the heating unit. it took 3 very cold nights to convince them it was the heater.

I would have liked to have heat in it the whole time. I did take pictures of the hours of having the man work on the heater but haven't uploaded them yet. do you really want to see them?
