I am hesitant about booking another cruise with Norwegian. We were not able to stay in Bermuda for the entire time as planned.
The only offer made to us is 20% off another cruise.
It would have been marvelous to offer a refund on this very cruise as we were not able to enjoy our destination as planned.

It was clustered as staterooms were not ready. We had to carry around all of our stuff for the majority of the day and it was not enjoyable to explore the ship with all of our carry on baggage.

food was tasteless. Hamburgers at the American Diner were RAW. The bacon and pork links at the breakfast buffet were raw. Our entree's from other restaurants were served cold.

Chairs that are not supposed to be held were, Children overtook the hot tubs that specify 'no children' I was not able to sit in a lounge chair as they were held hostage by others belongings yet not in fact occupied. Adult areas were very congested with children

Our room steward accused me of smoking on our balcony of which I was not. He also was extremely hard to understand as his English was very broken.

a little congested for 4 people but overall decent for a place to lay your head at night.
forced to get off ship to early as our transportation was scheduled for a much later time. We were left out in the cold for hours following disembarkation.
