Review summary

Sad to say this was the worst cruise we have ever taken - and we’ve been on over 20 cruises. The embarkation was slow and confusing. The ship’s design had hundreds of people in the main atrium area with at least 7 different activities going on at the same time. The buffet staff was unprofessional and showed little care for the passengers frequently leaving tables dirty. The communication was terrible - from port information to daily announcements. The balcony floor was covered with paint chips and the walls were filthy. Toilets and phones frequently didn’t work. And the disembarkation was very disorganized with limited explanations on procedures. This was certainly my last NCL cruise. 🤬

This is a tough one. The staff in the Specialty Restaurants and in the Tropicana were fantastic. The rest of the staff was just fair.

Ship Quality

Main area is a disaster. Too many sections and unable to hear conversations. Add to that the activities put in the only added to the noise level. Had to strain to even hear the Guest Relations Staff.

Cabin / Stateroom

Acceptable except there is only one cabin service a day. Never knew this and only found out by finding towels still on the floor in late afternoon.
