Horrible management, made us wait in each port like cows , I am so dissatisfied and disappointed

Review summary

Overall very disappointing and dissatisfied, unfortunately we booked two cruises back to back with NCL, but never after this, all they care is to get your money but not service back, especially the ports letting people out was ridiculously waiting for hours, didn’t open all line’s possible, officers standing and looking at crowd, I had a surgery two months ago, I almost passed out, they just don’t care, not enough personnel for guest services and one person for internet issues for 4000 guests, wasted one day and half to try to solve a problem with the internet, totally ridiculous and disappointing

Arrived late and not enough personnel and opened gangs, long lines , that was problem in each port pretty much, officers standing and looking how we waited hours to get out, the most ridiculous and disappointing cruise and we had cruised many many times
