Review summary

They pulled us out of Bermuda a day early, so excursions were cancelled, we did not get to see all we had planned for, They stated that this was due to issues in the Hudson River that we needed to get back to NY sooner... So this GINORMOUS Ship that can go out in the rough ocean couldn't with stand a rivers waves??? Makes no sense to us. We arrived back to NY at 11 the night before but could not disembark until the next day. Everything on the ship was closed at 8:30 pm the night before. Food was HORRIBLE, this was by far the worse cruising experience we have had and we have been on multiple cruises.

Embarkation

2 out of 5
Embarking was delayed and there were not enough seats at the port to hold all the passengers

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
This was the WORST Experience ever.... You could not even get into the main dining room without reservations or a 2-4 hour wait with a pager. All dining rooms had the exact same menu!

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
Everything was a money grab - extra $30-100 per person to do most of the activities

Entertainment

1 out of 5
Again, Couldn't get into the venue without reservations which were sold out the 1st day...

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
Staff was overworked and not personable, with the exception of our cabin steward

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Ship was clean

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Smaller than a balcony room on other ships. Typical lack of outlets.

Ship tip

Make sure you book reservations immediately

Ports of call

Royal Naval Dockyard, West End, Bermuda

5 out of 5
Bermuda is the most beautiful destination. Beautiful waters, friendly people, easy access to the whole island.

Disembarkation

1 out of 5
There were NO disembarking instructions provided in our cabin or on the TV or even overhead. We had to follow the masses to figure out what was going on. Elevators were jammed full, and stairs were blocked off. They forced you to go to deck 5 to then wait in a line to carry your luggage up 1 deck to get off the ship. It was a complete clusterF
