Overall this cruise was a great experience! I would cruise to Bermuda on the Norwegian Gem. Downloading the app to be able to explore the ship and the activities before embarkation was very useful!

The spa is excellent! I did not like that a lot of activities required additional charges to participate - like wine tastings, paint night, yoga classes etc

Loves the ship’s band The Sea Shakers! Their Michael Jackson Tribute was fabulous

Hostesses and waiters/waitresses were excellent. Cruise director was fabulous!! Room steward was very nice - but I would have liked the bunk bed to be put away during the day so we would have more room - instead of it being left down for the whole cruise

Be sure to purchase the Therma Spa pass! It was great to be able to go in the spa for hydrotherapy, heated lounge chairs, sauna, aromatherapy steam room, and fabulous views
