I had to send food back multiple times. For example short rib ragu over pasta was missing short ribs!!!.....warm bread pudding straight or of refrigerator...then after sending back they brought it out piping hot! No apologies. Service was cold and slow most of the time. There are a few excellent servers though and a handful of standout dish dishes. Prime rib and lamb shank were superb. And when they brought back the dish with short ribs out was delicious. I also thought that if I asked for iced tea it took forever as if they had to go up to deck 12 to get it! Breakfast was good. Every dish wth poached or fried egg were great. I didn't like the biscuit from the eggs Benedict on biscuit. The ins with waffle was eggcellent!!!
