Review summary

Went to relax and had a great time doing so. The staff was great and the ship was well maintained

Embarkation

Embarkation was fast and easy as I had done online check-in before arrival to terminal. Had 9:30 check-in time arrived at 10:15 and there was no seats in the Haven lounge. Was moved to an overflow location for processing. We boarded at 11:45 am

Food and Dining

Purchased the free at Sea plus package which added two additional specialty restaurants. We had dinner at Le Bistro twice, and Cagney's and did not use the last as the restaurant in the Haven was top-notch. We had breakfast one day in the Garden Cafe and it was very good.

Le Bistro

The entire experience at Le Bistro was superb. The food was excellent and the servers were some of the best in the industry. This is run as a five-star establishment from the moment you enter the facility.

Purchased the thermal spa package and the spa pool was not hot enough

Enjoy the show Burn the Floor. The show Six was a complete disappointment. It was so bad we left after 15 minutes.

Service and Staff

The staff and crew onboard were very friendly and accommodating. The Guest Services Assistant Manager Ray was a pleasure to interact with. My room steward was excellent room was always in clean and orderly manner. The concierge staff was always eager to assist and Mary was top-notch. Our butler Jason was there every morning with coffee and pastry to get the day stared.
