Big ship but still had a personal feel

Food is not as good as it 'used to be' but still very good.
Salmon was excellent - flavorful & cooked perfectly
only had bad/slow service 1 night (wrong order, missed drinks) all other nights were very good service
Onboard Activities

Ropes course, rock wall, and water slides were fun, the put put course was pretty basic & could use a little more themed feeling / decorations (just no real flare)
Pool was good although very salty - the band singer '686' in afternoon was terrible, would be better to use a DJ or anything else for music

main shows were good, but howl at the moon & Syd Norman's was EXCELLENT!!

dinner service was very good, except 1 night in dinning room which waiter was soo slow we missed our show, he also messed up our drinks & food order, but all others nights were great
Dr 'L', Bartender in Syd Norman's, went above and beyond to be personal to my wife & me. always knew our names, what we drank & gave great service. Oloughf (?? spelling), bartender at Headliners was also excellent, friendly & personal.
customs was easy, smooth transition off ship.... the port traffic person (with whistle to keep traffic flowing) was very rude and obnoxious to all the cars trying to pick up passengers
