This was the first cruise we have ever taken from NYC and on Norwegian. What an impressive ship. The ship is huge! The staff was extremely courteous, professional and willing to accomodste.

Deck chairs are the biggest issue on this ship especially since there are 3+ days at sea. We even tried to go very early one day yo get chairs without luck....
