Review summary

Ship and staff were great. Itinerary was honestly garbage as they kept changing it last minute and we were barely in port to enjoy things

Embarkation

5 out of 5
No issues and went fairly quickly

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
I will say unless you are eating in the Haven, the food is ok at best.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Lots of fun things to do on the boat

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Shows were just as good as those you would see of the cruise ship

Cabin / Stateroom

This cabin is amazing. Can't say enough nice things about the Haven

Ship tip

There isn't a lot of shopping or things to purchase if you forget things. Don't waste your money on the specialty dining!

Ports of call

Seattle, Washington

Juneau, Alaska

We weren't able to get off until after 8pm due to issues that we weren't exactly told the truth about (claimed it was weather related but there were many other ships in port that came in the same times we were supposed to as well) so everything was closed. It was a wasted port

Icy Strait Point (Hoonah), Alaska

1 out of 5
This is a wasted port. There simply isn't enough to do or eat and is 100% just for a cruise ship. There was nothing authentic about this port and just an overall huge disappointment and wasted day even though we had an excursion (which was great) and still had too much time in the port

Cruise Glacier Bay

5 out of 5
This was AMAZING. Truly the best part of the trip and you don't even get off the boat. The beauty is beyond words.

KETCHIKAN (WARD COVE), ALASKA

3 out of 5
We only had about 4 hours in port and it takes 30 minutes each way into the town so that ate up a lot. Would have loved to spend more time here

Victoria, British Columbia

4 out of 5
Loved Victoria, but again, wasn't given enough time in port- we had 3 hours and barely enough time to do anything.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
Was pretty rushed off the ship once we got into port. They don't give you a lot of time to settle your account or ask questions if something is wrong. Our final bill was wrong and we still haven't had it corrected
