Review summary
We enjoyed sailing on this new mega ship however if we go to Alaska again I would pick a much smaller ship. This large vessel cannot get as close to glaciers as smaller ones and when docking in port we were always the farthest from the town. Especially in Juneau we were docked more than a mile from town. Shuttles were provided for $2.00. The speciality restaurants were a disappointment. We expected better service and higher quality food. Service was average and only the food at Oceans was exceptional. First time on NCL and found the experience average although the ship was lovely.Embarkation
