We are not going to this again, maybe on another ship.

Not a cruise I would recommend because of average food and poor service.

We've cruised a lot and prefer the other lines. Holland America was simply too boring for our taste, although the crew were all very nice. Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian and Celebrity all have much nicer ships and a lot more to do and see onboard.

This is a ship for very old people or with limited mobility. The pastry chef should be fired. Not much activity on the ship, so you better get off when you can. Staff is wonderful!!!!! Steakhouse was excellent.

Loved the trip, staff, ship and destinations overall. Would recommend to those that had not taken a Holland America cruise and to those that took other cruise lines. Need to improve wheelchair embarkation process. Need to fresh the entertainment acts once you recover from the Covid-19 loss of revenue.

Probably never sail on Holland again. Last time we sailed on Holland it was great. We have used Norwegian in the past. We will use the again

I was cruising Holland America before, shops were much better, service and entertainment services were better. Medical services were bad then and now is the same very rude staff only money oriented. Compare to other cruises, it’s was worse experience ever.

We had the exact perfect vacation we wanted. There was so much to do but no pressure to do anything. We are looking forward to another HAL cruise, probably a Transatlantic next.

All was good till the end of the cruise. A very simple process of transferring bags was not simple at all because they failed to transfer one of the bags. I paid out of pocket to go get that bag and bring it back to the airport. I'm looking to find out how to reimburse that cost.

This cruise changed four times since Covid stopped us from going in April of 2020. It went from an 11 night $1056 cruise to a 6 night $1420, so a little disappointed in all the increases. For some reason it kept going up and up. To no fault of the cruise line we had a less exciting cruise due to having to use a scooter that could not be put on any of the tour buses, so all we could do was scoot around the ports. The ship is beautiful and clean. The staff is the best I have ever seen on a ship. This was definitely a cruise for seniors. Disappointed that they only had one night of comedy. The comedian was on the ship all six nights but only performed two shows in one day. I am sure he had more acts/jokes/stories that he could have done two more nights. Just did not feel like there was much to do. We were a little bored.

We have been on many Holland America cruises, but this was truly the best. Great ship, great staff, exceeded our expectations.

Overall it was a nice cruise and we recommend it. The ship is pretty new, clean with comfortable cabins, and the crew was excellent. We did not see much of fall colors since it was still early in the season. Two ports of call had to be cancelled due to damage caused by hurricane Fiona.

What a great way to see the eastern coast of Canada and get a sampling of the area. Now I need to go back for more. Although Hurricane Fiona disrupted part of our trip, cutting two ports from our trip, HAL was able to add another port, Saguenay. I had no idea where it was but was happy to see some great maps in town. The town hadn't expected us but most of the shops opened for the tourism we produced that day.

I feel that we expected more from the cruise.There were many dispapointments throughout the cruise.We do not usually have issues with the food, tendering service or bar service.There were also several nights that bar/lounges were closed which was inconveneient. We have tentative plans for a 35 day cruise on the sister ship which we are rethinking. The biggest reason we rebook is our agent from who is terrific.

Overall, I was very pleased and enjoyed our cruise and would sail Holland America again.

We could not select our favorite excursions since they were sold out when we boarded. Excellent cuisine. Great service. The TV quit twice and we had to request service. Boston embarkation is terrible.

Not exotic destinations but fabulous service and pampering, and THAT is why we went. Loved the cruise.

The area we went to was perfect for a fall cruise. It was obvious the ship's crew was inexperienced and had let much drop after COVID. For this kind of expense, go elsewhere.
