I purchased this package for the early embarkation, the cabin upgrade, special dining, and a few other perks. Although we received our early embarkation, the perks stopped there. We arrived at our cabin to find we didn't receive the identity card, etc. When we asked Guest Services they said they would look into it but couldn't find our reservation. Getting back took 3-days. When I went to speak to them one employee said they saw the purchase only to be rebuked by a senior employee. Very unhappy with their customer service. Said I could call corporate when I got back...."still on hold"!

Club Orange was great. We ate there at breakfast and dinner. The servers were fantastic and funny.
