This is our third cruise. This one did not meet expectations out of the three cruises we’ve done this was by far the lowest standard.

Our luggage did not show up until 8 PM

Room service was horrible. Every meal we ordered was cold and incorrect.

All the shows were mediocre there was nothing really outstanding

Again, just room service was poor And our luggage was extremely late so we were able to enjoy it anything because we are still dressed and work clothes

The state room door stuck. There were several areas where the carpet was stained or worn. Needed to do some improvements.
