We enjoyed this cruise and will do again in the future hopefully.

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We mainly went to the speciality restaurants, want to give special mention to the staff of Hooked (Marlon, Randy, Perci and Mae), Chops Grill, (Rommel, Anthony, Glen), Jaimie's Italian (Rares and Ronaldo). These servers, wait staff and maitre d, made our dining experience from lunch to dinner enjoyable! the food at the specialty restaurants tasted fabulous and the service, the best!!! The Grand dining room or main dining room, we had breakfast there, the quality of the food has gone down unfortunately, the food was cold and eggs rubbery, grits were lumpy this was consistent for the 3 days we ate at the main dining room. The buffet considerably lacked selection as compared to previous cruises, May of 2023 on Quantum. The salad bar could have better selection of vegetables, we were given broccolli, asparagus, carrotts, some veggie focused dishes and more variety vegetables would be nice.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
we liked the pools in the solarium, the walking track and the gym.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
We loved the shows, the ice skating, the comedian, karaoke, trivia and bingo, keep this up. Can you all up the year range of music from 70's onward. We are still too young for the 40-50 and 60's music. Tom, the cruise director was great, we enjoyed his updates and participation it seems like he was everywhere. His assistant, Candy from Taiwan was the best, she manned the bingo and karaoke.

Service and Staff

Special mention for my room steward on room 1152, Christopher, he was excellent brought us robes, ice in the icebucket, towels... whatever we needed.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
We loved the updates done to this ship we previously sailed on the Navigator in 2016. This time it was even better. The updates and renovation made the ship new again in our eyes.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
we loved the updated decor and the spacious balcony. The bed was smallish and lumpy, hard....slept poorly in it.
Ship tip
spend your time on decks 11-14....best fun, also the shows and activities were fun.
This port is ok, we took a tour that went to the city, but was disappointed because there was only 15 minutes allocated for the city center plaza and we really could have used an hour there instead of the hour we spent at the shopping mall, which had been partially filled with shops. The tour guide Cathy and driver Hector did a great job touring us and Hector went above and beyond by stopping to show us things on the stop like the flower shop and flowers native to Mazatlan.
We had to get our tour rescheduled and Sebastian from excursions on board the ship was so helpful by rebooking us on a tequila tasting with cultural experience tour. The tours main focus is tequila tasting which the tour guide managed to start the minute we were on board. We had stopped at the church, then went to the beachwalk for pictures on the PV boardwalk, the guide gave us enough time for this. The next stop was the restaurant which was good. Then the experience of Mayahuel was phenomenal! That show should be onboard! It was like a vegas show, professionally done and entertaining. The tequila tasting followed which was great, they let me taste some of the 35 flavors. This tour was the best of all the days.
