Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
It was wonderful! We had an awesome waiter/server (Marlon and Meri), I cannot ask for a better people. Such wonderful services coming from both of them. Food at the main dining was more than what we expected in a cruise. Royal Caribbean had a great chef...and we had the privilege to meet the chef and had pictures with him. We tried brunch on deck 3 as well, services were amazing from Alberto and Charmaine. Such wonderful crews! Buffet at deck 11 was the best buffet we've been through. So much choices! Emelyn was always on top to make sure we got everything we needed from water, to juice, to coffee. Can't thank you enough to those wonderful people that works there.

Children's Programs

My son wasn't so happy at all. We attended the Volcano experiment, but for some reason they were only calling the kids that they knew already to participate. They knew their names when in fact the kids were not wearing any name tags? That seems not fair to other kids that were there 😕

Service and Staff

We received such wonderful services from people that works in the bar all the way to house keeping. Our house keeper, Kumar P. was awesome! Every time we walked back in to our staterooms, our room was so neat, clean, and tidy. He surprised and helped us with the 2 hanging bunkbeds for our sons. He was very kind!

We were surprised with the 2 hanging bunkbeds! There were 4 of us and were thinking, how do we sleep in one bed? Kumar showed us the bunkbeds, IMPRESSIVE! I am claustrophobic, but the room wasn't feel like too small for 4 of us. The room was clean and cozy!

Ship tip

If we want to go on another cruise, it will be with Royal Caribbean. From customer service to food and anything in between, Royal Caribbean International is the best!

My only complaint is the check in of luggages. The entire system was chaos. We were in line to check in our luggages and other people are cutting in. The people that works there were not fair to all who were already in a long line and waiting. They take money from those who were cutting in and just dropped their luggages in the middle of the line and walked away. There was this one black american guy, who were taking luggages from other black american people at the end of the line, that's racism. He was only helping and taking luggages from people with the same color as his.

Excellent! We decided to take our luggages with us and that was the best decision. We were out in no time. Felt bad for those who were waiting to pick up their luggages. The line was so long.
