Review summary

If you are going to have a dress code -- ENFORCE IT. If you don't people come in the dining room in all sorts of dress. We would like casual all the time but if you want us to pack for a dress up night then everyone who comes it should be in dressier clothing not jeans and tee shirts. Force everyone who goes into the Windjammer washes their hands or sanitizes them even if they just washed their hands when they left their cabin as they have probably touched an elevator button or handrail on their way there. Crew should stop children from running There were teen boys in swim trunks and no shirts in the Windjammer at lunch and they certainly should have been asked to leave -- this was definitely not sanitary.

Embarkation

It went very smoothly.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The food was very good but not as good as it used to be before the pandemic. I am sure the cost cutting had to have an effect. Like the shrimp cocktail used to have either 5 or 6 shrimp and now it is 4. The smaller portions are actually a good idea as we don't overeat as much and that's a good thing. If a man is still hungry he can order a second plate.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Didnt use any of these. We were friends and we played a lot of cards in the card room which was very nice and since our card game spreads out a lot we were able to use two tables and it worked great. We had arranged to get rooms very close to the card room and that worked out great We did not have to use any pubic restrooms and we will always try to get rooms in this location.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
We did not go to any shows because of CovID and it didn't do any good since my husband tested positive the nexr day after we got home

Children's Programs

no kids

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
They were all great

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
My only complaint is that people were not required to either wash their hands or sanitize them before entering the windjammer. I am sure this is why my husband got CoVID. A staff member needs to be there to insure people do one or the other.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Very comfortable

Ship tip

Take long extension cords if you have a CPAP as there are no plugs by the bed.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Our friend needed a wheel chair disembarkation and that worked very well.
