Review summary

We knew this was a older and smaller ship then were used too. It fit the bill for closeness to our town and shortness...long weekend. It fulfilled what we expected.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
The process went smoothly. The cover tent area needs some improvements...old compared to the other RC embarkation areas.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The ship was ok. No real shopping areas, compared to the larger ships.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Did really do any of the activities

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The RC Singers & orchristra show was great! and Bobby Wilson Brown too. Highly recommend both of them. The ice skating 'show' was really poor....it only lasted 30 mins, each skater did a few of their tricks then they SAT DOWN and talked. I don't consider this a show.

Service and Staff

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
WE feel RC does a good job in cleaning the ships & our staterooms.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
This is the 2nd time I have reserved this type of room. I enjoy the bay window and extra couch underneath the window. There is plenty of room for storage.

Ship tip

This is a older & smaller ship. If you don't want the 'bells & whistles' and high impact entertainment this is a good ship.

Ports of call

Ensenada, Mexico

I wish RC would choose a different port. This is a 'tired' area.
