The cruise was great, but had problems getting on the ship. had canceled the trip even after the cruise was paid in full! Had to spend 3 hours waiting on hold with and Royal Caribbean to get cleared up. My wife was so upset and got physically ill from the experience she didn't get to enjoy herself to the next day.Embarkation
