Review summary

Short 5 night 4 day but really 3 full day cruise. For us 7 days is the way to go. More time to relax and get in the swing of cruise life. But if time and money are a factor this is the cruise for you. short and full of perfect day at Cocoa Cay. New remodel well thought out.

this took less than 10 minutes. From the time we parked the car to the time we stepped onto the boat was about 8 minutes. awesome.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The taco bar was awesome! super nice to see some Mexican food on a ship. The main dinning was good as always, and the buffets had a lot to choose from.

Onboard Activities

The new water slides were always a long wait. Realize on a shorter cruise, (less than 7 days) if two of the days one slide is not running due to wind (not the cruise lines fault) then the one working slide will be overused. Also with a smaller ship (than the Oasis class) there is not as much offered to do.

Service and Staff

Up to par for RCL.

Ship Quality

This is a plus for a smaller ship. The layout was great, it was never too long to walk from one end to the other. Everything was within 2-4 minutes away.

Cabin / Stateroom

good and clean. Huge floor to roof windows. the views are amazing.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

Big city, not much more to say about that.

Nassau, Bahamas

This stop has become way too over used. Every boat every cruise stops at this port. And with Atlantis being the main stop its way to over priced.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

This was the big surprise for our family. WOW, in a good way. We had been to the island about 5 years ago, long before any renovations, and we loved the quiet calm simpleness of it back then. So seeing it changed the entire way was a bit of a shock for us. But let me just say WOW. It was great. If your looking for the old island it is still there, not as big but still. With much more for all the family. My son and daughter loved the thrill park. So did my wife and I. The pool was great. The food so much better. You have to try the funnel cake, a few times.
