Purchased key program, saw no benefit at check in

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Best meal of trip was at Chops for lunch. Food was plentiful, but way over cooked in the Windjammer. Main dining room suffered from lack of variety. Very similar menu night to night.

Cafe Promenade

4 out of 5

Go to place for coffee and a quick bite. Our state room made it very convenient. At times it was very congested, but it's location was excellent. Water and coffee were always readily available.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Plenty to do, you could stay as busy as you wanted to. Numerous forms of communication to keep you informed. However there was some confusion between ship app. And cruise compass. Always refer to cruise compass for accurate info.

Art and Photo Gallery

2 out of 5

Had numerous pictures taken that didn't show up in on line album. Selected 6 picture package for purchase. Was guided by staff so it was done correctly. We chose to have them sent to email. When we got home no pictures. A couple of emails and phone calls later we had our pictures.

Casino Royale

1 out of 5

We are not really gamblers, but when onboard enjoy spending time in the casino. We were not able to use this area of the ship due to the second hand smoke. Tried to avoid walking through this area whenever possible.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Thouroughly enjoyed all the shows. Plentiful and excellent quality.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Service overall was good. Was on Navigator first cruise after refurb. Felt as though there was some issues in dining room at least first day of cruise. Room steward was great. Bar and general staff was also attentive and personable.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Love ships with a 360 Promanade deck. Need that walk after dinner, LOL. Ship just out of dry dock so it was ship shape as they say.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Plenty of room to store and hide everything. Loved the shower. Patio good vantage point for viewing surroundings. Very clean and well maintained.

Ship tip

Relax and don't sweat the small stuff. Everything does not work out as you might expect.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

4 out of 5
Live in the area. Parked at an offsite parking with shuttle. Worked out great.

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

3 out of 5
Live near beaches, so not important. Landscape was beautiful with cove and mountains in background.

Oranjestad, Aruba

4 out of 5
Did the Atlantis submarine. Really enjoyed this one. This is well worth the money for all ages. Weather was windy the day we went so water not as clear as it could have been. Still really enjoyed this one. Tip: book early

Willemstad, Curacao

4 out of 5
walking tour near port. Plenty to see, do, eat and drink. Souvenirs are plentiful as with every port.

Kralendijk, Bonaire

4 out of 5
The best port in my opinion to go exploring on your own. Many shops, a movable pestridian bridge leading to down town with many photographic opportunities.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Embarked under the key program. Escorted of the ship at 8 am.
