The cuisine in Jade is influenced by Thailand, Malaysia, China, Japan, Vietnam, India, and Indonesia, which our chefs have developed into exciting new dishes like Tom Kha Gai Chicken Coconut Soup and Ebi Ni Drunken Prawns with sake.
