Jade Restaurant on Navigator of the Seas
Try something new in a warm, casual atmosphere. It's Jade, the latest addition to our specialty-dining restaurants and the first Asian fusion dining option onboard a Royal Caribbean ship. This buffet-style restaurant is open nightly for dinner and offers innovative creations as well as traditional Asian favorites. The cuisine in Jade is influenced by Thailand, Malaysia, China, Japan, Vietnam, India, and Indonesia, which our chefs have developed into exciting new dishes like Tom Kha Gai Chicken Coconut Soup and Ebi Ni Drunken Prawns with sake. Of course, there are also popular favorites, like Shanghai Noodles and Sushi Rolls and to complement your meal, a variety of beverages is offered, including sake, plum wine, green tea, Singapore Slings and Chinese, Japanese and Indian beers.
