Q: how lucky have people been to get a upgrade bid, that they have been invited by email to do, we are in a inside cabin, an have bid for a outside cabin

A: We booked a seaview cabin, bid the minimum amount for a balcony and got it a couple of days later. We didn’t bother with yacht club as we’ve done it before and the bid was for an inside yacht club. I think if we booked msc again we’d book the cheapes... t cabin and hope for an upgrade 😄See More

A: I know people who have a balcony but bidded for the auera premium suite but actually got YC ... I guess a cheeky bid from an inside to outside wud be great if u can get it

A: if you get the invite then make a bid, it does no harm to place a cheeky bid. but remember if you bid on balcony you may get one with a restricted view. if your booked on an inside cabin I guess a view of any kind and a bit of outside space is worth... it. I've bid on three separate cruises and been successful twice, only time I missed out was Anthem, Sept last year.See More

Q: Anyone using the MSC app had any issues trying to complete check in?Just keep getting sent to an error 404 page when trying to register a credit card so I can't complete check in.

A: Hi, I am going on Virtuosa soon. You don’t need to register your credit card to complete check in. As long as you have completed your passport details, next of kin and provided your insurance details for the advanced passenger information. You can... register your debit/credit card or cash once you go on the ship. Hope this information helps.See More

A: we are going in a few weeks and having same problem. I rang customer services who told me to log into the website instead of the app, but had same issue. Glad that you can register at check in.thanks

A: not really the lift is set back away from the corridor......and I can't remember but I think the lift dose not stick out to much😉
