Our first and last cruise with MSC.
After 34 cruises with NCL, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Princess, Holland.
We love cruising and due to service, quality of food and hospitality management this was the worst cruise ever.
We cruised with other 3 couples and they all got sick and sorry, was their first cruise.

Unhealthy crowded Buffett, serious cleaning issues: no one spraying our hands, , dirty pieces of food around serving trays, one chef making omelets at once for customers, sharing pieces, dirty tables and floors very few staff.
No service by the pool, no waiters. Had to go on a long line order drinks from all bars on the cruise, give our name and be yelled at when drink was ready. Awful!!! Main dining room breakfast no eggs benedict, only one type of omelet(ham and chees),almost raw bacon, watery yogurt. Fruits on this cruise:wartermelon,melon,orange and banana. No kiwi. mangos,pineapple,berries etc. Main Dining staff was nice but overworked and happy to leave that ship with terrible, unhealthy and unsafe food.

Main pool Music is soooo loud.
DJ at adult area pool only played the same loud music everyday, we couldn't relax or read a book

Shows are like high school play. The "special" show was not special at all.

Zero to none.
Thanks Caio Menezes, he gladly helped us almost daily trying to open our cabin door and helped our request to leave sliding door of our balcony shut in order to get a cool cabin after cleaning our cabin. He also sent us a bottle of wine and canapes
Ship Quality

Very dirty Buffet, cabin cleaning improved after tipping, no toiletry, no wash cloths or tissue. Common bathrooms are no as clean as expected. Bottles, cocktail glasses all over the floors
Do people ever consider they could be getting sick from all the germs on the airplanes and, in turn, they are the ones spreading the others getting sick? Hmmm. Food for thought.
