Review summary

Overall our cruise experience was one to remember! We had so much fun, and we've already started to plan our next cruise vacation.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
The embarkation area was very small and narrow for the amount of people. We couldn't clearly see the the cruise directors giving demonstrations, and had trouble hearing directions.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The main dining rooms had amazing breakfast and dinner options; as well as the pizza bars. However, we weren't pleased with the buffet selection. Our dining room waiters (Nicholas and Peter) provided outstanding service. They were very personable and our family looked forward to seeing them every night. In the dining room, the grilled shrimp was very tasteful & well seasoned, and the apple pie was delicious (as our family of 8 had a slice every night)!

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
We attended a number of activities like family karaoke, MJ music trivia, Finish the Lyrics, and a Cirque De Soleil themed ice show. Karaoke was definitely a highlight of our trip! The music selection was great and we met a number of new people. All of the events we attended on the boat were pretty exciting, we just wish there were more family events at night. After 7pm, a lot of the events were for 18+.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We saw several shows and each one was excellent! The amount of enthusiasm and hard work definitely showed during the different performances.

Children's Programs

1 out of 5
We had a 2 teenagers with us -- a 14 and 16 year old. Using our RC app, we heard about a meet & greet at the ships teen club. Our 2 teenagers were disappointed with the results (no music, low attendees, no excitement).

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
As mentioned before, our dining room waiters (Nicholas & Peter) gave us nothing less of a royal treatment. Our steward/room attendant Kenneth was also great and made sure to greet us with a smile every time we saw him around the ship.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The ship's layout was breathtaking! At first we thought the boat was a little tough to navigate, but as with anything, the more you're around it, the more you learn your away around it. Common areas were always clean and presentable.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our cabin was quite comfy! We had a balcony view which became very relaxing at night. I didn't expect the room to be grand considering how many rooms are on the boat, but we had more than enough space to suit our family comfortably.

Ship tip

If you are able to cruise to a private island, choose COCO CAY! This destination was 10/10. As far as the boat in itself, be sure to carry cash if you plan on using outside money on the boat. You're able to load/unload money onto your sea-pass. I would definitely visit this boat again!

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida

4 out of 5
Smooth check-in process. People were helpful and friendly.

Nassau, Bahamas

3 out of 5
Not much to do. My family took a spin on the fast jet boat while touring the coast of Nassau. After, we visited a couple shops and got back on the boat. We spent a total of maybe 3 hours there. I would suggest the cruise line to look into spending less time at this location.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

5 out of 5
WE LOVED IT! So much to do! Private beach, waterpark, pool-bars/pool areas, and several food options! Our family wish our time at this port would have been longer.
