Excellent itinerary met our expectations, Oceania service leaves a lot to be desired compared to other luxury cruise lines

We’re NCLH Shareholders and we were expecting service and cuisine to a higher standard than we receive with NCL. We had just come off of a 21 day NCL cruise in November 2022 and it was far superior to our 1st experience with Oceania. We spoke with passengers who had made multiple Oceania cruises and they too were disappointed in the service, excursions and cuisine on this 21 day Holiday Cruise. After completing a review on the 3rd day of the cruise and going to the Reception desk regarding why our Anniversary was ignored, we anticipated a response to our concerns. During the 21 day cruise we never heard from anyone. Shame on Oceania on the way they treat customers.

We had a lovely time, enjoyed the relaxation. Love the size of even this larger Oceania boat, never felt crowded. Looking forward to our next one.

Most of the cruise was enjoyable. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH OCEANIA THAT THEY DIDN'T LIVE UP TO THEIR PROMISE TO LET US HAVE "OUR CHOICE" OF FREE BEVERAGE PACKAGES OR 2 FREE EXCURSIONS. THEY MADE ME take the 2 free excursions over the beverage package I bought which cost me over $400 more.

We love Oceania and this cruise didn’t disappoint…only issue is poor wifi..

This was a great experience, wish it had a day at sea for relaxation purposes! Casablanca was a downer due to the filth & poverty. Otherwise, we loved it!

A fantastic trip of a lifetime. Disappointing that St. Petersberg had to be cancelled for obvious reasons, but the added stops all were a pleasant surprise.

We loved our suite and the ship overall and all the personnel were wonderful, spoiling us day and night! The specialty restaurants had great food, but we were very disappointed in the food in the main dining room. We would have liked more variety in the entertainment, it was a bit old Broadway, and comedian not the best. Our most expensive excursion (Visby) was very disappointing, leaving us feeling it was a waste of time and money. Our other 3 excursions were very enjoyable!

This was our first cruise and frankly will be our last with Oceania. I complained to the head of customer service on the boat because of the poor quality of substitutions we were given because they removed Poland, Russia and Berlin. He was not so interested in hearing what I had to say - rather he was more concerned with telling how many rave reviews he had and to tell me that Oceania had the right to make any changes based on contract language. This did not resonate well with me. The long and the short is that I paid a lot of money for something that I did not get. In return, Oceania credited us a whopping $500 for the inconvenience. Big deal. My advice - stay way from this cruise line!

We had a wonderful experience on the Marina Ship. Our room was big and clean and cruise workers were very kind and helpful.

What a welcome relief in the time of COVID madness. We felt very safe on board as the cruise line made extraordinary efforts to keep us safe. Embarkation and disembarking were as good as can be in light of new testing regulations. Our stateroom was immaculate and service exceptional. My wife enjoyed her art lessons and I got to finish one novel on board. We are scheduled to sail on three future Oceania cruises

Debi and I highly recommend Oceania and it’s many different itineraries. This was our forth cruise with Oceania and we have already booked our next one.

This was the trip of a lifetime. We saw so many amazing things and visited places we never thought we would see.

Overall, the cruise was satisfactory. our main reason for selecting this cruise was because of the ports offered. Our experience with the tours were mediocre. However the staff and service was excellent and the, cuisine, ship and accommodations were beautiful and well cared for. More thought should be made in terms of diversity of ship board activities which were rather stale. Which isn't a problem if you are going on port tours, however if you are forced to stay on board during sailing and when we were not allowed to disembark in Italy in would have been nice to have more of a selection of activities on board.

could not believe how organized and efficient Oceana is in handling all the travel details, excursions, dining and entertainment despite having to jump through all the covid 19 protocols

Marina is showing its age and is not a 5 star ship anymore!

We love Oceania , it is our favorite cruise line for the type of cruises we want to be on. The ships are a good size for us, and there are few young children. The clientele is older, which sometimes results in a pace slower than we like, but overall people are polite and don’t drink too much or cause other problems. The few and staff are simply the best, and the experience is well worth the money. The specialty restaurants are wonderful and the food is very high quality all over the ship. The excursions are increasingly more expensive than they should be, and the WI-FI is really frustrating. The WI-FI is their weakest point; it is available to one person per cabin at a time, but the worst thing is that it is so difficult to get on, stay on, and log off, so the other person can get on. I also wish they had an onboard app to be able to communicate with family an friends. Laundry facilities are available and free. Our butler service and our concierge was fantastic. Valuable discounts for booking future cruises are available if you book onboard, and the staff in the Ambassador Club is great. The food is great and cleanliness is top notch.
